Sato Sharpening is a mobile knife sharpening business run by Yohhei Sato with the help of his best friend Noelle Eaton. Yohhei sharpens all kinds of blades by hand traditionally and fashionably in Portland OR. He grew up on a farm in the countryside of Northern Japan and learned sharpening from his great parents. Drawing upon his traditional skills and his own experience, he has developed his own style of sharpening. Upon moving to the United States, Yohhei met Noelle Eaton they became the best friends. Due to their shared interest in cooking, camping, and outdoor adventuring, Yohhei and Noelle decided to launch this small company with an aim to keep Portland sharp.
