I sharpen most of blades by hand except some of gardening tools and specialize Japanese technique of sharpening so that blades can get carefully and gently sharpened, metal of blade won't be wasted as much as machine does during sharpening process;moreover, sharpness lasts longer. Because of how I sharpen blades, however, it takes longer time to sharpen by hand than sharpening by machine. My service is mobile. I will come over to your business or home to sharpen knives at the location or take them with me and drop them off. Convenience for you is convenience to me.
